The present writ petition (PIL) has been preferred claiming for the following reliefs:-

A. By an appropriate, writ, order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to earmark of the encroachments upon the pasture land of Khasra no.3092 (Annex-1 and Annex-2) of village Chond-II, Tehsil Sumerpur, District Pali forthwith. B. By an appropriate, writ, order or direction may kindly be issued and the

respondent may kindly be directed to remove all encroachments upon the Khasra no.3092 of village Chond-II, Tehsil Sumerpur, District Pali including the illegal possession of the Respondent-society in grab of cultivation, illegal construction or otherwise by way of fencing upon the gochar land.

C. By an appropriate, writ, order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to submit a compliance report of the removal of encroachment.

D. That any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit, by which the petitioner may get full justice may also be allowed.

At the outset, Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a detailed representation with regard to the alleged encroachment over the pasture land of Khasra No.3092 situated in Village Chond-II, Tehsil Sumerpur, District Pali before the Public Land Protection Cell (PLPC) constituted by the State of Rajasthan for rural areas in every district under the chairmanship of District Collector. The PLPC may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner keeping in view the guidelines issued by this Court in Jagdish Prasad Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL No.10819/2018).

In light of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of while granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before PLPC, District Pali and the PLPC shall consider and decide the same within a period of 3 months, from the date of receiving the representation alongwith the certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
