“(i) by an appropriate writ, order of direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to stop excavation of sand from the age of Chambal River situated in Village Gamachh Tehsil Taleda District Bundi. ii) by an appropriate writ, order of direction, in the nature thereof the respondents may further be directed not to issue STP for excavation of sand from the age of Chambal River.
