“Detag this file from S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4684/2023.
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to invite the petitioner for physical and practical examination for appointment to the post of Fireman pursuant to advertisement dated 10.08.2021 and to extend them appointment if found in the merit list.
Learned counsels for the respondents submit that all the petitioners have failed to secure the cut off marks in their respective category to be invited for physical and practical examination. They, therefore, pray for dismissal of the writ petitioner.
None appears for the petitioners even in second round to rebut the aforesaid submission. However,, in the interest of justice, they are granted one more opportunity to do so.
