recovery of the balance stamp duty. The proceedings culminated in the order dated 22.11.2011 creating demand of Rs.7,19,000/-. The petitioner on gaining knowledge of an ex-parte order passed filed an application for setting aside the order. The application was dismissed on 13.08.2012. Hence the present petition.
