This petition is filed seeking quashing of intimation dated 03.01.2024 for the Assessment Year 2014-2015 vide assessment order dated 24.05.2023.

The issue involved in the present petition is that the assessment order was passed without serving notice and on a different entity than the petitioner. However, later the intimation and demand was sought to be recovered from the petitionercompany.
