Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition. He, however, submits that he may be permitted to submit a representation with the respondents against the order dated 09.06.2023 whereby, his candidature for award of retail outlet dealership at village Kemla Tehsil Nadot (Not on Highway), District Karauli has been rejected.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation with the respondents raising his grievance(s) against the order impugned dated 09.06.2023 within a period of two weeks from today.

It goes without saying that in case the representation is so filed, the respondents are under an obligation to decide the same expeditiously vide a reasoned and speaking order in view of the order dated 02.02.2024 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Pawan Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1665/2024. The representation is directed to be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of its receipt.
