Instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 05.07.2023 passed in Special Appeal No.1609/2019 by the Division Bench of Board of Revenue, Ajmer, dismissing the appeal and affirming the order dated 03.04.2019 passed in Appeal No.797/2019 by the Board of Revenue, Ajmer and setting aside the order dated 16.01.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sikar whereby suit under Section 136 of the Land Revenue Act seeking correction of entries in revenue record, has been allowed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions of petitioners, states that parties have entered into mutual settlement out of Court. In such view, petitioners do not want to pursue the writ petition.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not press.

Stay application and any other pending application, if any, stand disposed of.
