In view of the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court dated 31.07.2018 passed in the case of The Director, Tigar Project, Sariska, District Alwar Vs. Labour Court and Industrial Tribunal and Anr.: D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.406/2018 and other connected matters, this writ petition is disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by the learned counsels for the respective parties:

of a compensation of Rs.50,000, the petitioner workman would be entitled for compensation of Rs.3,00,000/-.

The compensation of Rs.3,00,000, after adjusting the compensation of Rs.50,000/-, if already paid, shall be paid by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from today.

In case of default, the compensation shall carry interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of expiry of the period of twelve weeks and the officer(s) responsible for delay would bear it.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
