Instant writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by petitioner-plaintiff, feeling aggrieved by denial of ad interim injunction vide order dated 24.07.2024 passed by the Additional District Judge, Lalsoth, District Dausa.

Counsel for petitioner admits that against the impugned order, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is maintainable, and therefore, on his prayer, instant writ petition is allowed to be converted into Civil Misc. Appeal, since the Civil Misc. Appeal against the impugned order would also lie before the High court.

Counsel for petitioner undertakes to carry out necessary amendments and to file fresh memo of appeal, in order to convert this writ petition as civil misc. appeal.
