Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this writ petition, which is directed against the Memorandum dated 12.01.2017 issued to the petitioner serving a charge-sheet upon him under Rule 16 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958, is rendered infructuous inasmuch as the enquiry against him stands concluded vide order dated 22.06.2018 (Annexure R-2).
None for the petitioner to rebut the aforesaid statement.
Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the learned counsel for the respondents and the order of disciplinary

authority dated 22.06.2018 whereby, the petitioner has been punished in the departmental enquiry initiated vide Memorandum dated 12.01.2017, this Court finds that this writ petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
