When the matter was called today, learned counsel for the respondents Ms. Mumal Rajvi submitted that the selection process qua the post of ‘Patwari’, issued vide advertisement dated 11.07.2008, has culminated as on date. Therefore, the lis in question does not survive.
None has marked presence qua the petitioners to refute the above said contentions.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this Court believes that with efflux of time, the selection process

is already over. Therefore, the lis in question does not survive as on date.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
