Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the result in the examination of NEET (UG)- 2024, petitioner has been selected in Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi.
In light of the above said submissions, learned counsel has submitted that the instant matter is rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed that the fact qua admission of the petitioner, in Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi.
Accordingly, keeping the question of law open, qua tie-break and conditions imposed by the NTA, this Court deems it apposite to dismiss the present petition, as same is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed along with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if need so arise in future, strictly in accordance of law.
Pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
