After arguing to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer that instead of deciding the writ petition on merits he may be allowed to move a representation to the respondent-authorities averring therein all those grounds which have been raised here in this petition and the respondent- authorities may be directed to decide his representation in accordance with the provision of law within a fixed time period.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-authorities does not dispute the above proposition. The prayer seems to be genuine.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is directed to move a representation to the respondent-authorities averring therein all those grounds which have been raised here in this petition, within a period of one month from today. Upon receipt of the representation, the respondent authorities shall consider the same in accordance with the prevailing law and rules and whereafter would be at liberty to decide the same appropriately within a period of 60 days after receipt of the representation.

Needless to say that the petitioner is not precluded from approaching this Court in case her grievances persist.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
