Learned counsel for the appellants submits that all the directions of the order dated 05.03.1991 passed by the Court of learned Additional Munsif & Judicial Magistrate, First Class, No.1, Kota (North), Rajasthan, have been complied with. He further submits that respondent No.1, namely Abid Hussain, has expired. In this regard, a letter No.680 dt.02.09.2024 from Accounts Officer, Kota Circle, Jaipur Discom, Kota, has also been submitted. The same is taken on record.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the present appeal and the same has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
