An application (Inward No.02/24) under Order 13 Rule 9 read with Section 151 CPC has been filed by the appellant for returning back the original registered sale deed dated 22.12.2007 to the appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the photocopy of the registered sale deed has been submitted in this matter, therefore, the original registered sale deed dated 22.12.2007 may kindly be returned to him.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is hereby allowed.

Office is directed to return the original registered sale deed dated 22.12.2007 to the appellant.
