Office has pointed out a delay of 31 days delay in S.B. Civil Review Petition No. 26/2024 and delay of 19 days in S.B. Civil Review Petition No. 27/2024 and to substantiate the delay, applications under Section 5 of Limitation Act has been filed.

For the reasons stated in the applications, same is allowed and delay is condoned in S.B. Civil Review Petition No. 26/2024 and S.B. Civil Review Petition No. 27/2024.

Misc. applications stand disposed of.

Considered submissions of learned counsel for parties.

Learned counsel for plaintiff respondent submitted that he has no objection in revival of stay applications.

In similar revision petition No.28/2024 on 31.07.2024, this court has allowed the revision petition on statement that the appellant has deposited the amount of mense profit.

Herein also learned counsel for appellant submitted that he has deposited the amount of mense profit and nothing is due against.

In view of aforesaid, order dated 15.02.2024 is hereby recalled and stay application No. 1442/2022 in S.B. CFA No.327/2022 and stay application No.1426/2022 in S.B CFA No.352/2022 is hereby restored to its original number.

Accordingly, review petitions stand disposed of.

List after three weeks before appropriate roster.
