The instant Criminal Misc. Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit his proposal in the form of a representation addressing to the Director General (Prisons), Govt. Of Rajasthan, Jaipur within a period of 30 days after receipt of the copy of this order.

The Director General (Prisons), Jaipur is expected to consider the representation as also the intent of benevolence shown by the petitioner and then would take a decision upon it within a reasonable period of time.
