On the basis of letter received from the jail authority, this writ petition has been registered on behalf of the petitioner.
The petitioner was ordered to be released on first parole of 20 days by District Parole Advisory Committee in its meeting dated 23.08.2023 subject to the condition that he shall furnish a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each.
By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed that the condition of furnishing two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each may kindly be relaxed.
Pursuant to the direction given by this court on 16.11.2023, the Legal Service Authority of this Court has submitted a report,

wherein it is mentioned that the petitioner is having two brothers namely Rama Ram and Ganpat Ram, however, his brother Ganpat Ram has refused to give surety whereas his brother Rama Ram is agree to give surety.
Reply to the writ petition has already been filed on behalf of the respondent-State.
Taking into consideration of above facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to release the petitioner for availing 20 days of first parole on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- along with one surety of Rs.50,000/- only instead of two sureties pursuant to the decision of the District Parole Advisory Committee, Pali dated 23.08.2023.
Accordingly, this parole writ petition is allowed and it is hereby directed that petitioner Pappu @ Purkharam Son of Surtaji shall be released on parole for a period of 20 days in pursuance of the decision of the District Parole Advisory Committee, Pali in its meeting dated 23.08.2023 upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with one surety of Rs.50,000/- only to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Authority.
The petitioner shall surrender himself before the concerned jail authority on expiry of the parole period.
