In compliance of the order dated 21.11.2023 passed by this Court, learned Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted the Custody Certificate of the petitioner, namely Arjunram, which is taken on record.
Perusal of the Custody Certificate reveals that the accusedpetitioner has been released from the jail on 30.11.2018, after completion of his actual sentence.
In view of above, no further proceedings are required in the matter.
Consequently, the present revision petition stands disposed
of.
