The matter comes upon for consideration of application under Section 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition.
The petition is delayed by 218 days, the reasons for condoning the delay is not satisfactory, therefore, the application under Section 5 of Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 218 days is dismissed.
Accordingly, the present criminal revision petition being time barred is dismissed.
