Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already undergone the entire sentence imposed by the learned trial court vide impugned order dated 27.08.2016, therefore, the application for suspending the sentence as well as the present criminal revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present criminal revision petition and suspension of sentence application are dismissed as having become infructuous.
