Learned public prosecutor has submitted a detailed factual report dated 9.8.2024 contending therein that after conducting thorough investigation, a negative FR has been chalked out, however the same has not been submitted with the concerned Court. The FR chalked out be submitted before the concerned Court as early as possible.
In view of the above, the instant miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The stay application also stands disposed of.
