Petition herein was filed on 22.12.2022 seeking release of the offending vehicle i.e. Dumper RJ-42-GA-3021 by relaxing the condition imposed by the learned ACJM vide his order dated 14.10.2022, whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit the royalty amount of Rs.6,570/- and compounding amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to secure the release of his vehicle.
When called out for hearing, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that by sheet passage of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous as neither the notices have been issued nor any there is any interim protection of any kind in favour of the petitioner.
Dismissed. However, liberty to granted to revive the proceedings, in case anything survives for adjudication.
