The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for fair investigation in FIR No.217/2022, Police Station Panchpadra, District Barmer for offence under Section 468, 467, 471 and 120-B of IPC and Sections 3(1)(F) and 3(1)(G) of SC/ST Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted a factual report dated 15.05.2024 which is taken on record.

In the facts and circumstance of the case the present Misc. Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to submit a representation to S.P. Balotra averring therein all his griefs within a period of 15 days from

today. Upon receipt of the representation, the S.P. Balotra shall go through the contents of the representation and whereafter pass necessary instructions to any RPS Officer to verify the course of investigation conducted so far. He shall pass necessary instructions to ensure fair and impartial investigation. Without consideration of the representation and till verification is conducted, the report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C., either chargesheet or negative final report shall not be submitted.
