Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is suffering from great financial distress and hardship. Nonetheless, is ready and willing to deposit a mandatory requirement of 20 per cent amount within a period of fortnight from today.
Considering the aforesaid facts, present petition is disposed of with the following observations:
(i) That 20 per cent of mandatory required amount be deposited within a period of 15 days from today.
(ii) That a cost of Rs. 10,000/- be paid to the complainant within a period of 15 days from today.
In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, subject to compliance of the afore-mentioned

directions. It is made clear that non-compliance of the aforestated directions shall render the instant interim protection inoperative.
In view of the above, present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
