The present petition is filed for quashing of order dated 28.08.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate N.I. Act Cases No.5, Jaipur Metropolitan-I.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that settlement/mediation proceedings are carried out between the parties and both the sides are at consensus to put quietus to the dispute inter se between them.

In the light of the subsequent developments, learned counsel for both the sides have urged that the matter can be relegated to

Learned counsel for the respondent has raised no objection to the extent that instead of arrest warrants, bailable warrants be served qua the petitioner and has submitted that in light of the afore-stated submissions, the present petition can be disposed of.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the instant matter, and the consensus drawn in-between the parties, the order dated 28.08.2024 is set aside. The petitioner be permitted to mark his presence before the learned Judicial Magistrate N.I. Act Cases No.5, Jaipur Metropolitan-I on 30.09.2024 via bailable warrants.
