The instant criminal misc petition has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners whereby the learned Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Jodhpur in complaint No.47/2013 as ordered to initiate to register the case and to conduct investigation in which matter in a complaint moved on behalf of the respondent No.02 - Shri Dharmendra Soni herein. pursuant to the direction passed by the learned Special Judge, a thorough investigation has been conducted and whereafter the allegations levelled in the complaint have not found proved and thus, a negative final report has been prepared. Learned counsel for the State submitted a detailed factual report issued by Additional S.P., Anti Corruption Bureau, Barmer dated 08.04.2024, the operative part of the factual report is reads as under:-
