After arguing to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant criminal misc. petition but beseeches this Court for passing of appropriate directions to protect her liberty.

Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition as well as the stay petition are disposed of.

The petitioner is a young girl. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, it is felt apt to direct that throughout the course of investigation, she shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.142/2022 registered at Police Station Naal, District Bikaner.

In the event of filing of the charge-sheet, the Investigating Officer shall inform the petitioner to appear before the learned trial Court where the charge-sheet would be submitted. On the day of filing of the charge-sheet and upon the appearance of the

petitioner, she shall move a regular bail application and whereupon the learned trial Court shall release her on bail on the very same day; on the amount of surety and bond as he deems fit.
