Learned Dy. G.A. has submitted the factual report, from which it is clear that after completing investigation, the Investigating Officer has chalked out negative final report as Adam Vaku on the ground that dispute between parties was found to be of civil in nature.
In this view of the matter, the present criminal miscellaneous petition for fair, proper and impartial investigation in FIR No.317/2019 registered at Police Station Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur City (East) has been rendered infructuous.
It is accordingly disposed of.
