The FIR was registered against the petitioner, more than a decade back and no interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner. After investigation the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. which might have been submitted against the petitioner either in the form of charge-sheet or in the form of final report, is negative.
By efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as rendered infructuous.
