This court vide order dated 12.09.2024 called the status report from the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No. 3, Ajmer.
In compliance of said order dated 12.09.2024, a report dated 20.09.2024 has been sent by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No. 3, Ajmer in which it has been mentioned that the petitioner Kanhaiya Lal is not appearing for his cross-examination, so, he was summoned through arrest warrant.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the present case and in view of the fact that petitioner Kanhaiya Lal is not appearing for his cross-examination before the trial Court, so, trial Court issued non-bailable warrant against him, the present petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of.
