Office has pointed out a defect that for same FIR, this Court vide order dated 26.04.2022 has decided SB Criminal Misc. Petition Nos. 1719/2022 and 7487/2021 filed by petitioners on merits.
So in view of the office objection, the present petition is dismissed being non-maintainable.
