Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the latest factual report from which it is clear that after investigation , the investigating Officer chalked out the charge-sheet against the petitioners for the offence under Section 392 IPC.
So, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all objections, as raised in this petition, before the trial Court at the appropriate stage of trial.
