The present criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been preferred by the petitioners for converting the arrest warrant dated 20.02.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bilara, District Jodhpur (hereinafter referred to as the 'learned Magistrate') into bailable warrant in Criminal Original Case No. 07/2024.

wherein the petitioners are intentionally not appearing before the learned Magistrate. However, the learned Magistrate straight away issued the arrest warrant against the petitioners. Therefore, it is prayed that the order dated 20.02.2024 passed by the learned Magistrate may be quashed and set aside and the petitioner may kindly be ordered to be summoned through bailable warrant instead of arrest warrant.
