As per the letter dated 14.02.2024, sent by learned Additional Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate No.4 Alwar, vide judgment dated 28.03.2018, the criminal case No.122/2010 titled as ‘ State of Rajasthan vs Sanjeev Kumar Gupta & Ors.’ has been decided and the accused-petitioners - Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, Ramniwas Gupta and Savitri Devi have been acquitted for the offences under Sections 323 and 406 IPC on the ground of compromise entered into between the parties. The letter is taken on record.

In view of above, the prayer made in this misc. Petition for quashment of the aforesaid criminal case does not survive anymore. Thus, considering the aforesaid factual position, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
