Learned counsel for the petitioner-complainant submits that criminal case/complaint no. 1063/2022 for the offence under Section 138 of NI Act was filed by the petitioner in the court of learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate (N.I. Act Cases) No.9, Jaipur Metro-II. He submits that vide order dated 20.08.2019 after taking cognizance, process was issued against the accused. The accused respondent has already put in appearance before the learned trial court. He submits that the petitioner-complainant has already submitted his evidence by way affidavit but the crossexamination of the petitioner-complainant is not being conducted for one reason or the other. In these circumstances, he submits that trial court may be directed to concluded the trial at earliest.

Considering the limited prayer, the instant misc. petition is disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to make all endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Stay application also stands disposed of.
