Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant matter involves a critical question of law i.e. wrong determination of age of a minor.
Howsoever, it is fairly conceded that after filing of the petition in the year 2020, in spite of best possible efforts, no communication could be established with the client. Learned counsel has pleaded no instructions.
Considering the same, petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, if the need so arises, in future.
Accordingly, present Criminal Miscellaneous (Petition) is dismissed with the aforestated liberty. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
