As per factual report, in the investigation, offence has not been proved against the petitioners No.2 & 3 and the chargesheet has been filed under Sections 420 & 406 IPC against the petitioner No.1 and the same has been submitted with the learned ACMM No.6, Jodhpur Metro.
In view of the above, the instant miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. The stay application also stands disposed of.
