The present criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 15.07.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, District Pali (for short, the learned Appellate Court) in Criminal Appeal No. 15/2023 whereby the learned Appellate Court forfeited the bail bonds of the petitioner and issued arrest warrant against him.

The petitioner came to know that an arrest warrant has been issued against him by the learned Appellate Court vide order dated 15.07.2023. It is submitted that looking to the offences alleged against the petitioner, the arrest warrant issued against him may be converted into bailable warrant.
