By way of filing the instant misc. petition, a challenge has been made to the order dated 24.11.2022 passed by the trial Court whereby it was directed to frame charges against the petitioner under the penal provisions of Arms Act.

Being aggrieved from the aforesaid order, the petitioner preferred a revision petition whereby the learned Revisional Court dismissed the revision petition vide order dated 29.09.2023.

It seems that the legality, correctness and propriety have very prudently been discussed and examined by the learned Sessions Judge as well as the factual and legal aspects have been dealt with while passing the order. Thus, there appears no reasonable ground to interfere in the order of learned trial Court.

In this view of the matter, the instant misc. petition as well as stay petition are disposed of.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty raise his grounds at appropriate stage.
