Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this bail application at this stage.
However, petitioner will be at liberty to file fresh bail application after recording the testimony of the seizure officer.
Considering the period of incarceration, trial court is directed to record the testimony of the seizure officer as first witness, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
