These bail applications have been filed by the accusedpetitioners under Section 483 B.N.S.S., in connection with F.I.R.

No.289/2024 registered at the Police Station Basedi, District Dholpur for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 307, 379 & 411 of IPC and Section 11 of R.D.A.A. Act and Section 3(1) & 25(6) of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the accused-petitioners is of assembling and making preparation to commit dacoity and arms have been recovered from their possession.

Taking into consideration the allegations levelled against the accused-petitioners and so also the fact that the accusedpetitioners are in custody since 24.06.2024 and Police after completion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet in the matter, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, these bail applications are, allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided each of them shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
