It is informed by learned counsel for the accused-petitioner that police did not find involvement of the petitioner in the present case and proposed a negative final report.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report. The factual report shows that involvement of the present accusedpetitioner was not found in the alleged offence. Therefore, considering the factual report, anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
