Learned counsel for the applicants do not want to press the instant criminal misc. bail applications and seek liberty to file a fresh bail application after statement of the Investigating Officer is recorded.

Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. bail applications are dismissed as not pressed with liberty as sought for.

The learned trial Court shall make necessary endeavour to record the statement of the Investigating Officer on preferential basis preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Needless to say whereafter the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again directly.
