Both the bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C., arising out of F.I.R. No.56/2024,

registered with the Police Station Unhel Nageshwar, District Jhalawar for offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 308, 504, 325 & 506 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the First Information Report only general allegations have been levelled against the petitioners. Counsel further submits that no injuries sustained by the complainant party have been opined to be dangerous to life and there is only one grievous injury caused by blunt weapon which is on elbow. Counsel further submits that the petitioners are behind the bars for last more than two months, therefore, they may be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail applications. 4. Considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor. 5. Taking into consideration the allegations levelled against the petitioners and also the nature of injuries, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 6. Accordingly, both the bail applications are allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided each of them shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before the trial Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
