The 2nd bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of accused-petitioner- Shishram Meena S/o Shri Ramkaran, in the matter arising out of FIR No. 664/2022 registered at Police Station Pragpura, District Jaipur Rural for the offence(s) punishable under Section 306 I.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the entire material available on record.
It is emanating from the record that the first bail application filed on behalf of the present petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.05.2023. The present 2nd bail application has been filed without prior
