first incident of hot altercation was committed, accused Lalaram left the place and then returned back associating the present petitioner No.1 and Mugla @ Doobla. At present, the applicability of Section 34 of the IPC is writ large in the case at hand. No case is made out for grant of bail to the petitoners.
