After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court.
Permission, as sought for, is granted.
The Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, if the petitioner surrenders and files a fresh bail application before the trial Court, it is expected from the trial court to decide the bail application of the petitioner preferably on the same day, in accordance with Law.
