Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 04.04.2024, granted interim bail to the petitioner for a period of one month from the date of actual release.
Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner after availing interim bail granted to him by this Court has surrendered before the concerned jail authorities.
Learned Public Prosecutor was not in a position to refute the aforesaid submission made at Bar by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the present interim bail application and the same is therefore dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
