Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this anticipatory bail application but seeks liberty that the petitioner may be permitted to surrender before the trial court and file an application for bail.
Accordingly, the instant application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court on or before 10.06.2024 and file an application for bail. It is expected from the trial Court that the bail application will be decided as expeditiously as possible.
Till 10.06.2024, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.14/2024 registered at Police Station Sabla, Dist. Dungarpur, for the offence under Section 376 of IPC.
